PageReset is a Safari extension for macOS that helps make webpages usable again (selection, overlays, clean copy). We designed it to keep your browsing private.
None. PageReset does not collect personal information, browsing history, page content, or analytics.
All features run on your Mac inside Safari. Page content is processed locally to restore selection, hide overlays, and format clipboard text. Nothing is uploaded to our servers — we do not operate a backend for this product.
Per-site and global preferences are stored locally using Safari’s extension storage on your device. That data does not leave your Mac through PageReset.
PageReset does not require an account, does not include third-party trackers, and does not use advertising identifiers.
If you buy PageReset on the Mac App Store, payment is handled by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details.
PageReset is a general-purpose utility and does not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of PageReset after changes means you accept the updated policy.
